AAHS Fee Structure Per Semester, July 2025
The fee structure for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery and General Nursing and Midwifery program are designed to be transparent and accessible. Below is a detailed breakdown of the fees applicable for both border and day scholar students.

The Clinical Fee is inclusive of :
- Accommodation during clinical postings.
- Meals / meal allowance.
- Transportation to the clinical placement and back to Institute, excluding breaks/holidays.
- For Day-students, the above three points are applicable only when posted in hospitals outside Phuentsholing.
The Semester Fee is NOT inclusive of:
- Exam Fees: All fees associated with semester-end examinations and re-assessments.
- Security Deposit: Nu.5,000/- for Boarders and Nu.2,000/- for Day scholars. It is refundable at the end of the course (conditions apply).
- Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee of Nu.1,000/- at the time of registration.
Penalties
The students will be notified about the due dates for fee payment on the Notice Board; however, the Institute shall not be obligated to inform the students individually. It is the student’s responsibility to adhere to the due date and avoid any additional default payments.
